

MYMY (Mind Your Mate & Yourself) is a mental health charity based in Newcastle, County Down, offering confidential one-to-one counselling, well-being programmes, and mental health workshops for individuals aged 16 and over in the Newry, Mourne & Down area.
Their services support people facing issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, and stress. MYMY also provides community-based activities like mindfulness and stress management, relying on donations and volunteers, as it receives no core government funding.
